During the construction of the Industrial Gas Island & Syngas Comprehensive Utilization Project by Guangxi Huayi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., Jinan FOOEN Equipment Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “FOOEN Rental”) played a pivotal role in advancing the project with its strong sense of responsibility and solid professional capabilities.

Located in the Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Park, this project is a key part of Shanghai Huayi Group’s strategic deployment in the “Belt and Road” initiative, with a total investment of RMB 14.3 billion. It is of profound significance—not only filling the industrial gap in Guangxi’s coal-based upstream sector, but also playing a critical role in building a new petrochemical materials base, forming a coastal petrochemical cluster along the Beibu Gulf, and establishing the national-level Qinzhou Petrochemical Industrial Base. It marks a crucial step toward the modernization of Guangxi’s petrochemical industry.

The project faced numerous challenges during implementation. On one hand, this section had enormous equipment demands, high dependency on high-voltage power distribution, complex and harsh construction conditions, an extremely tight schedule, and strict requirements for equipment stability and safety. On the other hand, delays in the self-owned air separation unit (ASU) significantly hindered production progress.

In response to the complex situation, FOOEN Rental swiftly assembled a professional team and carefully planned a strategic response. Team members applied their expertise to the fullest and worked closely with the Guangxi Huayi project department to establish an efficient collaborative mechanism. From initial equipment commissioning to full-scale operation, FOOEN developed and rigorously implemented detailed plans. Through precise technical operations and continuous monitoring, the company ensured stable equipment performance and provided a reliable gas supply to meet the construction demands at each phase.

To address the delay in the in-house ASU, FOOEN leveraged its resource allocation advantages and centrally deployed nearly 30 sets of oil-free air compressors, oil-free boosters, and nitrogen generators at the project site. A large-scale gas station with a capacity of 50,000 Nm³ was established. The scale of this equipment cluster and gas station is rare in domestic oil-free air compressor rental projects. These units played an irreplaceable role in core procedures such as purging, pressure testing, and nitrogen replacement, successfully helping the project advance by 1 to 2 months and securing valuable time for the stable and efficient operation of the Guangxi Huayi project.
