FOOENS Specialty Rental has been formally recognized by Linde LienHwa for its outstanding performance in the temporary CDA (Clean Dry Air) and HPCDA (High Purity Clean Dry Air) supply services during a major semiconductor manufacturing project in Beijing. The commendation highlights FOOENS strong technical capabilities and consistent commitment to service excellence.

This project spanned multiple critical phases of a semiconductor/IC production line, including purge, commissioning, pilot run, and mass production. It posed extremely high requirements for air quality (removal of moisture, oil, and particulates), pressure stability, system reliability, and 24/7 uptime. Further challenges included large-scale demand, long operational periods, and harsh environmental conditions—ranging from extreme summer heat, freezing winter temperatures, to seasonal airborne particulates and frequent storms.

FOOENS tailored solution delivered exceptional results and set several industry records:

• The largest-scale temporary electronic gas supply system in the industry (16 sets / 46 units of compressors and dryers);
• Zero-failure long-duration operation of a 400kW air-cooled oil-free screw compressor with proprietary technology;
• The first all-inclusive rental solution supporting all major stages of a semiconductor project on such a scale.
